Chongqing Technology and Business University and the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University in Toronto are pleased to cohost the firstinternational Conference on Cultivating Undergraduate Entrepreneurship and Management Engineering (CUEME) to be held in Chongqing, PR China from the 13th to 14th of June, 2015.
Across the world, the creation and growth of Small to Medium Size Enterprises (SMEs) is seen as a key element of a country's economic success, making major contributions to GDP and employment. As a result, many universities have launched programs and various forms of start up support for student entrepreneurship activities across all areas of the university, particularly in the Engineering and Business Management disciplines. However, to date, there has been limited reporting on the theory, practice and experience in developing young entrepreneurs at the undergraduate level. The CUEME conference will bring together researchers, practitioners and students to share their ideas and experiences in enabling young entrepreneurs in a university setting.
CUEME 2015 will provide an excellent international academic forum for sharing knowledge and results in theory, methodology and applications of cultivating undergraduate entrepreneurship in business, engineering and other disciplines.

Publication
All accepted papers will be published by the Atlantis Press as conference proceedings and submitted to EI/Compendex, Thomson ISI (ISTP, CPCI, Web of Science), Google Scholar and Scopus (by Elsevier) for indexing. Excellent papers will be published on EI OR SCI journals. The Asian Journal of Management Research (ISSN: 2229-3795) and the Journal of Entrepreneurship, Management and Innovation (ISSN: 2299-7326) have already agreed to consider the conference best papers for publication.
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere. A suitable paper length would be between 6 and 10 pages based on CUEME2015 camera-ready Template. Please review carefully the instructions on paper format and paper submission.
In addition to academic papers, students are also encouraged to submit poster presentations on their entrepreneurship activities.  

"2015大学生创业培育与管理工程国际研讨会"（CUEME2015）收录的所有文章都将由Atlantis press以论文集的形式出版（http://www.atlantis-press.com/php/proceedings_ordering-2.php?series=AEBMR ）,并被EI/Compendex, Thomson ISI（ISTP，CPCI，Web of Science）,Google Scholar和Scopus（by Elsevier） 检索。部分优秀论文将推荐至EI或SCI期刊发表。
会议投稿结束后，将由组委会专家老师评审遴选出优秀论文进行推荐，被推荐的文章会务组将以邮件的形式通知作者，没有接收到推荐通知的作者，文章将发表在会议论文集上。
